Group Psychotherapy

I work across the age span and specifically with adults with all types of emotional and psychological difficulties including trauma and relationship difficulties. I use a range of psychological therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, Trauma-focused CBT as well as classic and contemporary attachment-based psychoanalysis.

I also provide coaching, mentoring, supervision and consultation.
As a Systemic (Family) Practitioner I provide specialist skills in working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families.
I use a range of systemic approaches including Narrative Therapy including Attachment-based Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Strategic/Structural Family approaches, as well as Communication Models to support clients who are struggling with their relationships.
Group psychotherapy is when a small group of people meet regularly with a therapist to work on their difficulties together.
The current group offer is for women with attachment and relational trauma. Other group offers include: groups for men with attachment and relational difficulties, ASD in adults, parents, sexual trauma, and addiction.

Groups are available upon request and dependent on a minimum of 4 participants per group.
